The Mason-Dixon Trail Association built this bridge across Sawmill Run in 1994 and replaced it in 2011. It could use some work again just seven years later. Watch your step. It is a beautiful place to visit if there aren't too many other people around. But it is near Otter Creek Campground. We had it to ourselves when placing the cache, but after a hike further along on the MDT, there were people in the water when we returned.
Flat container is not near the water. It's within ten feet of the trail. Bring your own pen.
