This footbridge was originally installed to provide access from southern parts of Traralgon to the old Central Gippsland Hospital, which provided many years of community health care before being replaced by the Latrobe Regional Hospital.
The bridge is an excellent place for trainspotters.
I like my caches to be easy finds, keep an eye out for the geocache logo.
This is the fourth incarnation of this cache, there's a photo in the log of a cream-coloured circle which was the last cache. The new one has a black geocache logo on a grey background. Should be pretty easy to spot for the enthusiastic geocacher :-)
Please be careful to replace the lid properly to keep rain water out.
There's no need to go near the railway lines, but be careful to keep an eye on geokids.
