Geocache Description:

This cache is on private property. Managers there approved the cache placement. I expect all cachers on the hunt will respect their property and follow the good cacher ethic. DO NOT climb the picker. Use discretion taking photos on the crawler.

I had initially offered up this location to the the rest of the Otak Group. For our next Geofest. Not telling where I expected no takers. Good for me. I put out a cache. Bad if I can't find it. Place back exactly as found. Every Geocache finder must sign the log book.
