I started the Johnny Appleseed series about three months ago as I watched my caching karma droop over the years, and felt the need to give back, and explore the local trails in a different perspective. Since those 50 caches were placed, my karma has doubled from 0.35 to over 0.70, so I'm starting round two, sprinkling caches along the trails just a bit farther from home.
This cache is on the Upper Rogue Valley Trail of Rancho San Antonio, one of the busiest parks in Silicon Valley. It is a little past the reservoir, which alas is little more than a damp pond as of this writing (no fishing!) This part of the park is still very busy and Muggley, so use stealth. The cache is about 10 feet off the trail, and the title gives you the approach method. The hint will give you more help if needed.
