A cache placed along Park Lane in Otterton where there is a lovely view of the River Otter below.
We were chatting to a local dog walker whilst here to leave the cache and she told us that this is a good place for spotting woodpeckers and kingfishers. There are also, apparently, signs that there may be beavers settling along this stretch of the river.
Part of the road subsided into the river at this point in the past, so the lane is now closed to cars, but it is a very popular walking & cycling route so please be very stealthy. The location is wheelchair accessible, but help may be needed to retrieve the cache.
