Over the past few months, I’ve been taking brisk walks a couple of nights a week around my local area, aiming to push my heart rate up as a more intensive form of exercise; research has shown that, by changing the way that you exercise, you will shock your body into losing weight and getting fitter. Whilst these walks were mostly in the late evening, during the dark, as the nights have started to get lighter, I’ve begun to notice some ‘hidden’ parts of my local area that I pass everyday, yet I have never noticed them from the car or the bus.
This little oasis in Childer Thornton is one of these areas, so I decided to commemorate this with a nice simple cache. This cache should be a straightforward find and you never know, you may see me walking past the cache as you come to find it!
