The Patchwork Cache

You've heard of a patchwork quilt?... this is a patchwork cache. Geokid and myself have filled 2 squares of patchwork on the container to get started leaving 16 blank squares for cachers who wish to show their artistic side and complete a square to be a permanent part of my cache .

You will find the cache hidden in 'Fort Flagstaff', a small quiet reserve in Flagstaff Hill. There is no play ground but Geokid enjoys climbing on the pile of fallen trees in the bottom corner. Take the time to relax and sit at the picnic table located not far from the cache and decorate a square if you wish to otherwise just sign the log and admire the patchwork designs from other cachers. There aren't usually muggles around here, seems to only be used by people to cut through between the road above and the road below. Look up in the trees and you may spot a koala.

Please note: This cache can be logged online as found after you have visited the coordinates and signed the logbook. (Decorating a square on the cache container is purely voluntary.)

The cache container is a medium sized white screw top container covered by a larger container to help protect the cache container from the weather. Inside you will find permanent coloured markers for use to decorate a patchwork square of the cache container (if you wish to). These markers are not for trade. There are swaps inside and room for trackables. **please note: The patchwork cache is now fully decorated so the markers have been removed **
