This is a new trail in the Wissahickon section of Fairmount park created by the Friends of the Wissahickon (FOW). It was created as part of the sustainable trails initiative to limit erosion while enhancing the recreational experience. Signs posted describe this project in detail which is an interesting learning experience. There is parking available to access this trail. This is a nice trail to walk on for old and young alike, it is also a nice trail for mountain biking.
