In Orange County, many people call those large electrical boxes Boogers because they are green. I like the term InMountains came up with - "PUB" for Public Utility Box.
This is a simple hide a key on a PUB in front of my office building. Nothing complicated, nothing tricky. Traffic on Beach shouldn't be a concern but watch out for muggles in the parking lot during business hours.
