The promenade on the Pudong bank of the Huangpu river offers walking and biking tracks. New small shops are now open and the Changyi Art Museum has regular modern art exhibitions.
The elevated coal corridor presents some old artefacts from the industrial past of the Huangpu... and an opportunity to have a nice high ground view.
