Once, many moons ago, there lived a young cache on the Ridge Trail. Now, that young cache was a happy cache, living out his days on the ridge with his neighbors close (but not too close; gotta maintain some space, you know).
Now, as these things happen, our young cache grew up, went to college, met a lovely cache from another state, married, and settled down near her home. They're now happily living near her family with two young micro caches of their own.
While this is a happy story for our young cache, he played a vital role in his community: he helped give meaning to "Off The Ridge (GC5E7GK)". Without him around, "Off The Ridge" just doesn't feel anchored in the community.
To help out, we've sponsored a new cache in the neighborhood. This bright, young cache lives just a hundred feet or so from where the former cache lived and is looking forward to helping "Off the Ridge".
