A strange giant cube has recently appeared in McLaren Vale in South Australia. No-one really knows what it is, but Brad&Janet had the theory that it is an intrusion into our dimension of an Augmented Reality. It even has a supposed Augmented Reality museum inside it.
Brad&Janet visited the area recently and while exploring they found a disturbing message which appears to have come from the Geocaching Mascot Signal™..
The message is -
“Please help me! I have become trapped in an Alternate Reality. You can release me by opening the lid to a physical container in your world. This is the physical representation of my virtual prison. But the location of that container is hidden. To find it you will need to explore the area here using an Augmented Reality app and collect the 5 numbers from the AR(t)path. These can then be used to unlock the virtual safe which holds the location of the physical container. Finally, you will need to find and open that container to free me. I am relying on your Geocaching skills! Please hurry!

Brad&Janet tried to follow the instructions in the Augmented Reality app but they were not able to cvollect all the information to free Signal™. Hopefully you will have more success.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates but the area is a good place to start. You do not need to enter the cube.
Please download the Metaverse App (for iOS or Android)) to be able to navigate to the final location. Please specify a username when signing up (we used our caching name) or else Metaverse will assign you a goofy one!

While you can swap between navigation and the Metaverse on one smartphone, it may be easier to run a smartphone for the app and a GPSr (or second smartphone) to navigate.
