This cache will require a short walk along an irrigation canal. Depending on your energy level you can approach from Gettysburg (the long way) or from Holland (the short way). Either way the canal is a pleasant place to stroll with your family and any dogs you may have.
This area has been the home of several of my caches in the past. Some were retired so I could hide others in the area and others were muggled or lost. I put a lot of effort in some of them and it is heartbreaking when they go missing.I decided to just do a bare bone cache. Nothing fancy or elaborate and that lasted for a while but it too disappeared recently. I am realizing that thinking a cache will last in this location may be a pipe dream. I have gone ahead with yet another attempt although I am getting a little rusty in my cache designing. You may find that a set of tweezers might help log removal. I found it a bit tricky to get the lid threads lined up so take your time.
