***********THIS IS AN OFFSET CACHE***********

A few weeks back I received an email from Hunt&Peck concerning GCG3RD (Forward Cache). After a couple more electronic letters back and forth I found myself the proud new owner of Forward Cache! Only thing left to do was replace it.

While walking back to my vehicle from F.C. I thought to myself “This area needs something more...a Letterbox!” I opened my trunk and shuffled some things around. I managed to scrounge up enough materials to build a decent sized letterbox hybrid. Nothing crazy. Next thing I needed was somewhere to hide it.

I walked to the three flags poles and started to look around. I looked east. Nope can’t do anything over there it’s too dense plus it’s too close to another stash. I looked west. Definitely can’t hide anything that way. Which left me with two options.

Option #1 Hike 467.5’ at 0°

Option #2 Hike 467.5’ at 180°

Whichever way you choose you’ll be looking for a larger sized PB jar tethered to a branch. Please cache to your ability. If it looks too dangerous for you please don’t attempt the climb. Come back when you have a spotter.
