This cache can be tackled independently or as part of a trail of several that make up the Bushland Beach Walk (BBW) which compliments the nearby Bushland Beach Hillock Trail (BBHT) and the Bushland Beach Goicoechea Circuit (BBGC).
This is my second attempt to place a tidal cache. Previously GC6GX2G 'Shipwrecked' was found only 7 times in 2 years, scoring 4 favourite points but being lost to the sea gods on 3 occasions. This one is placed a little higher with a more substantial footing.
To find this cache you will need to plan your visit at low tide (below 1.5m) as for some of the day the cache will be submerged. The difficulty rating reflects this. The walk from the closest parking is 2.4km away with GZ 800m from the shoreline at the end of Batley Parade so allow some time for your attempt.
Please replace the pet preform exactly as found as if it not secured Poisidon will surely claim this one too.
