Põlgaste mõis (saksa keeles Pölks) oli rüütlimõis Võrumaal Kanepi kihelkonnas. Mõisasüda asub nüüdisajal Põlvamaal Laheküla territooriumil.
Mõis eraldati 17. sajandi lõpul Krootuse mõisast.[1]
Mõisa esimene omanik oli Georg Rothausen. Põhjasõja järel vahetus mõisa omanik sageli. Pikemat aega oli see 19. sajandil von Rothide käes. Viimane mõisa omanik (1919. aastani) oli Erich von Oettingen.[1]

Põlgaste Manor (Pölk in German) was the Knight's Mansion in Võru County in the Kanep´i Parish. The manor house is located on the territory of Lahe village in Põlvamaa, nowadays.
The manor was erected from the Krootuse Manor at the end of the 17th century. The first owner of the manor was Georg Rothausen. After the Great Northern War, the owner of the manor changed often. It was for a long time in von Roth in the 19th century. The last owner of the manor (until 1919) was Erich von Oettingen.
