Geocache Description:

The land where the church building now stands belonged to Mr. Michael Dawson of Brunswick. In 1860, it was also used as a camp for nomadic Aboriginals. In the late 1860s, Dawson donated the land to the Catholic Church for a new church. The church was named in honour of Saint Ambrose, who served as the Archbishop of Milan in Italy in the 4th century AD, after an Italian family from Milan who in lived Brunswick suggested it. The first foundation stone was laid in 1869.

You will be challenged to exert discretion in this location, as muggles abound in swathes both driving on Sydney Road slowly and walking along the footpaths.

There is a bench where you can sit and contemplate the caches' location. From there you should be able to see it as you admire your surroundings. Take note of St Ambrose Church, after all, everyone needs a little heavenly inspiration, especially with this cache.

This geocache is a nano. BYO pen.
