Geocache Description:

East Chilton Circular #1

Following on from the Millwood circular's. This is the first of a series of caches to the East of the village of Chilton. The series follows a circular route of public footpaths and bridleways, popular with local dog walkers, horse riders or just those out for a stroll.

ECC#1 can be found at the start of a public bridleway. This bridleway traces the route of the Clarence branch railway which meandered off the current east coast mainline (NZ3230), from 1835-6.
