The PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games were historical in many ways. They signified the beginning to peace after a long time of hostility, and were the home for record breaking achievements for many. Taking place in February of 2018 they gave entertainment to many living across the globe whose countrymen and women were performing, racing, and flying in the air for their country. Though we recognize the many who proved to be the stars of the show such as Shaun White, Ireen Wust, and Ester Ledecká there are many more who deserve recognition such as Kelly Clark. Kelly Clark is an excellent snowboarder, and is considered the sage of the U.S snowboarding team after competing for a very long time. Though the danger has been raised she has kept up the pace, and has continued to show that she could be one of the greatest snowboarders of all time. Though some say PyeongChang signified her passing the torch to Chloe Kim what she has done in the past continues to prove that she stood out.
