A cache hidden just off Rothschild Boulevard near historic Levin House. GZ is on Shadal St.
Since mini logbook is full, it is ok if you just find the cache and photolog.
This cache was hidden to commemorate perhaps the most important sport event that Israel has hosted, the bicycle grand tour Giro D'Italia. The first 3 stages were held in Israel, and stage two from Haifa to Tel aviv passed right here in the boulevard.
About Beit Levin:
On rothschild #46 corner of Shadal St. you can see this historic house, which was built in 1924, and had many uses over the years. One of them being the USSR embassy. You can read more about the house here:

About the cache:
This true nano cache is hidden under the horizontal bar of the metal fence of Levin House, just where the fence make a little turn. See spoiler Photo. Since this is a very busy area, be stealthy, and just lean with your back to GZ and search with your hand. At night there should be less muggles around, and easier search.
Note: GPSr could be an issue with the trees and tall buildings, so trust the hints.
