In Highlands Park the near the highest point in old Kirkland (before other areas were annexed). It is the site of a former water tower whose concrete pads are still there. A close walk from the Kirkland Corridor but a 170 feet elevation gain, to 340 feet.
The cache was replaced and moved about 100 feet on Jan 18 2021. The original two went missing, that location was not great.
