Geocache Description:


Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough are often climbed for charity and are generally climbed in that order.  Climbers aim to do all 3 in under 12 hours.  These peaks form part of the Pennine range and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Pen-y-Ghent - 694 metres

Whernside - 736 metres

Ingleborough - 723 metres

Distance 40 km.
