This is the Wash Common Community Centre, opened in 1978.
Look for the small parking signs in front of several parking positions - not the large one on the building. You just need to count the letters from one of these signs:
Number of I's = I
Number of D's = D
Number of G's = G
Number of H's = H
Number of O's = O
