The cache is at the published co-ords, and is a Letterbox Hybrid. As such it contains a self-inking stamp, which is an integral part of the cache, and not a trade item – it needs to stay in the cache!
There is adequate short-term parking very close to the cache.
Motorway Mayhem caches are intended to provide fairly easy drive-by caches just a couple of minutes off the motorway for travelers who are in need of a short break, so no scenic views, no pleasant walks, no memorable locations - just quick, easy-to-find drive-bys. This one is very close to, but not actually in a Service Area, where there is fuel, refreshments and public loos. Each of the caches is suitable for people smartly dressed for, and on their way to or from, business meetings, so no muddy walks, or need to dive into hawthorn hedges, or (depending on time of year) getting stung by nettles. The Bonus is a slightly longer walk (so not a drive-by) but still no mud or nettles and is in a very relevant place.
