Geocache Description:

Look for a small green bison container. Very close to the Ivanhoe bowls club established in 1912, Look for the plaque showing some history. Ivanhoe is also home to two private schools and the oldest state school in Victoria established in 1853. There are some great sounds close to the cache. You can hear train horns reverberate through the neighbourhood. A steam train travels up and back the line twice a year, just before and just after Father's Day.
