Geocache Description:

This cache is placed along a stretch of the Summit Road that has been closed to vehicles since the February 2011 Earthquake. It is now a popular walking and cycling area, passing under the Christchurch Gondola on its way. The easiest way to reach the cache would be to drive up to the Summit Raod via Mt Pleasant drive towards the Gondola, and park at the barrier then walk along the Walkway a hundred metres or so. You could also ride up the Gondola, have a meal then stroll down to the cache. It is child and dog friendly, ok for strollers and wheelchairs and ok for walking and biking, but no motorbikes allowed. Please bring your own pen. It is a camouflage, approximately 50 ml pill container hidden in the cliff face. Even a wee place to sit while you sign!  On the day it was hidden, there was a stunning view over to Brighton, the pier and up the coast towards Kaikoura. Hence the name!
