The Garment district is just that, its an area known to get good deals! But at night there isn't much going on unless you're a couple blocks over in the busier parts of Wynwood. This a night cache, you will need a good flashlight to find the fire tacs. Once you get to the second set of double palm trees you're very close to the cache!
