The Cheese Series has made a reappearance for SCAR XI with some well-known and some more obscure varieties. Next year we might have to match some good vino with all this yummy cheese.
I’m not sure the last time you’ll have sampled Sbrinz cheese as only about 20 tons of it are produced in Switzerland each year and it is generally only exported to Italy. It is exclusively made from whole, raw cow’s milk and mixing it with partially pasteurized milk is strictly forbidden.
