Note: You will need to climb over a very simple fence to get to the cache. The Straits Quay Boardwalk is a very popular place to get some exercise without any worries about traffic. If you go from end to end and back to the start it is 5km. The boardwalk is the most crowded early in the morning before it gets too hot out. You will find walkers, runners, dog walkers, bikers, skateboarders, etc. There is a guy I see out there many mornings on his unicycle! No motorbikes are allowed, but anything else is fine. At night there is a nice view of the Gurney Drive skyline all lit up. There is a mall in the center of the boardwalk with many restaurants along the water. Stop by for some lunch or dinner or a drink at one of the coffee shops. This geocache is hidden near the big tree. Cache is large enough to hold travel bugs. Beware of muggles. Enjoy your walk on the boardwalk. Happy caching.
