This is a CHALLENGE cache that IS NOT at the published co-ordinates, the final location is in the waypoints below. You can only log a find if you complete the challenge criteria. If you do not qualify you may sign the logbook but only log the cache as 'write note' - If you qualify at a later date you may then add a 'found it' log.
