Pass go and collect $200.
When you look, you begin to realise that a lot of Adelaide streets share the same names as used on the Monopoly boards we've all come to know and love (If you're familiar with the UK (and commonwealth) board that is). The goal of the Monopoly Series is to take geocachers to these unique streets around Adelaide hunting for geocaches of all shapes and sizes. Will you buy? Will you rent? Take a chance, take the ride.
Oh, and PLEASE try to stay out of Jail.
KENT STREET:
The first geocache in the series will take you to the lovely tree lined Kent Street, otherwise known as 'Old Kent Road.' This happens to be the first square you'll reach after passing 'go' on your gameboard. Kent Street also happens to be where my mother's childhood home once stood if you're after a bit of Bushwalker53 trivia. At Ground Zero you'll find a well kept park with play equipment and a drinking fountain in close proximity so bring the kids if you wish! There is no need to cross any fences and the cache is NOT on private property. please make sure the cache is well concealed before you leave.
