Welcome to Hampton’s own speedway – where the thrills, chills, and thunder of fast cars, and the faster imagination of old and young race fans alike, have been coming here for over 67 years! For the last six decades, Langley has been home to stock car racing’s biggest names like Richard Petty, Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott, and former track champion Denny Hamlin, as well as local drivers whose love of the sport can be seen each Saturday night from early April to late October.
However, you don’t have to be a racecar driver to qualify and join the winner’s circle of a Smiley face for this cache! Just be careful of the watchful eyes of early morning muggles and commuters along the busy road. And you’ll definitely want to be stealthy if you come caching during a race event. Cache has been placed here with the approval of the Langley Raceway management. Please replace the cache back in the exact location so future cachers can also enjoy the find.
