Hong Kong Scouts has divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region manages several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters that shared by the Sheung Yue District & Pik Fung District, which is under the New Territories East Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.

The address of the Sheung Yue District & Pik Fung District Scout HQ is Room 225-227, 2/F Cheung Lai House, Cheung Wah Estate, Fanling. You will not need to go through security guard to access the HQ, it's on the level between the Market and the Platform garden. Finding the stairs to the GZ may be the challenge.
The Cache
The cache is a small contact lens size container (known as King Lee style) with magnet that commonly used in HK.
The cache is outside the District HQ, you do not need to go into the HQ to find it.
