It must be in Victoria because it says Welcome to Victoria on the front of the sign and the cache is on the back of the sign.
That is the easy bit. The cache is located at a height of 7m from ground level. You will need TOTT to retrieve this cache.
You must sign the log and you must replace the cache as you found it.
