Welcome to another edition of the nicely growing series.

The cache is not at the above coordinates. Everything you need to solve the puzzle is right here.

This Public House was built in 1956 and was a popular place in its time. It was demolished towards the end of 2011 to make way for a care facility. Planning permission for the care facility was put in before the pub was demolished.

On 1st July 2012, The Retirement Home opened its doors to the first resident.
