This cache is at the site where the mile dirt track on the Missouri State Fair Grounds was. The track was built in 1901 as a horse race track. The first car race was held on this track in 1914. The last race on this track was held in 1989. The track was abandoned in 1998.
The cache is easy to find. It may take a little thinking to find the log. Everything you need is there with the cache. You do not have to take anything apart to find the log..
