Please note: Come prepared and make sure you bring the spoiler pictures as there is no internet signal at the location. If you bring the pictures, there cannot be any misunderstanding about the hiding place!!
May 2018 Vader&zoon (The Netherlands) were in Wadi Rum. It was not so easy to find caches here as there are not so many, they are quite far apart, and you are dependent upon bedouin transport. We managed to find several nevertheless. We had a guide who had driven around some other geocachers as well, so he knew about the game. In the end 11-year-old son insisted to leave one here as well (after placing one in Amman and another at Mount Nebo) and so we did. Son found a nice place so now it’s up to you to find it. The big rock is a great place to watch the sunset, by the way :-)
As there are so many hiding places in the rocks we will make it easy for you by adding some spoiler pics. You need to climb up the rocks for no more than 5 or 10 minutes.
