This cache is hidden in a picnic area near the Stockport Creek, a tidal tributary of the Hudson River. The area is home to a small boat launch, spots for fishing, and a gazebo where you can sit and watch the barges go up and down the river. This is a lovely spot to stop for a break or a picnic if you are traveling through the area. The cache is hidden inside another large object. It is visible from the picnic area, but only the keen geocaching eye will be able to spot it. You'll have to carefully pull the top straight up to reveal the cache. (Be careful, it is a little heavy) The cache container itself has room for small trinkets and tradeables. Please be sure to line up the top when you replace it. Happy Caching!
