I've been meaning to place another cache here since this location became part of my regular rounds. I was wandering around the grounds and happened to glance around a gap in a stone wall and found a geocache. Catoz placed it there in 2014, not noticing that it was 327 feet from an older cache here. So I decided to reuse the container in a new spot that still suits the the name catoz gave it. I let him know I found it! Who will find it next?
You are looking for a plastic lock and lock containers, near one of the picnic areas at this rest area. It's a few feet off the beaten path but not over the stone wall. Please do not disturb the stone wall. You might have to move one or two flat stones to access the cache. It will not be winter-friendly.
The cache is accessible 24 hours a day. The rest area is ony accessible by motor vehicle from Interstate 89 Southbound between Exits 5 and 4. The building is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There is parking for cars, motorcycles, trucks and RVs.
