Not sure if anyone else watches Deadliest Catch? It is a documentary television series produced by Original Productions for the Discovery Channel. It portrays the real life events aboard fishing vessels in the Bering Sea during the Alaskan king crab, opilio crab and bairdi crab fishing seasons.
Thought it would make for a few interesting cache names.
Time Bandit - At the end of Deadliest Catch season 13, Time Bandit captain Johnathan Hillstrand retired after 37 years of crab fishing. His boat isn’t one of those that will be featured on season 14—a remarkable change since the boat and its crew have been filmed for the show since its second season.
But Johnathan Hillstrand has been actively crab fishing this season, captaining the Time Bandit for the opilio crab season. Its a conspiracy.
Time Bandit Captianed by Johnathan Hillstrand (King Crab and Bairdi seasons) and his brother Andy Hillstrand (Opilio season) was one of the vessels that had been on the show the longest.
No idea how low this water gets.... you may be able to get there without getting wet - or may need a water craft. Just like the bearing sea the water can be unpredictable. Have fun and be safe.
