De cache is een korte eenvoudige multi en ligt verstopt op het terrein (maar buiten het hek!!) van de Pieter Jongelingschool. De school bestaat dit schooljaar (2017/2018) 50 jaar. Ter ere daarvan is deze cache te verstopt.
Pieter Jongeling (1909-1985) was een Nederlandse journalist, verzetsstrijder, politicus en kinderboekenschrijver. Hij was tijdens de eerste oorlogsjaren actief in het verzet. Na de oorlog werd hij hoofdredacteur van het Nederlands Dagblad. Ook was hij actief in de landelijke politiek.
Naast zijn werk was Pieter Jongeling ook schrijver van meer dan 60 kinderboeken. Hij schreef deze onder het pseudoniem Piet Prins. Heel bekend zijn de boeken over Snuf de hond, die met zijn baasje Tom veel avonturen beleeft en boeven vangt.
Van de avonturen van Snuf zijn zelfs 4 films gemaakt. In 2008 ging Snuf de hond in oorlogstijd in première, daarna volgden nog 3 films: Snuf en de jacht op vliegende Folkert, Snuf en de ijsvogel, Snuf en het spookslot
Daarnaast schreef Piet Prins ook nog de series Holland onder het hakenkruis, Wambo, Daan en Sietze, Jeroen en Joost en de boeken over De Vier Vrienden.
De school staat vlak aan de rand van Park Sonsbeek en Park Zypendaal. Beide parken zijn een bezoekje meer dan waard!
LET OP!! De cache ligt nét op het officiële terrein van de school, maar wel BUITEN het huidige hek. De cache is ONBEREIKBAAR vanaf het schoolplein en het terrein binnen het hek. Je kunt er alleen vanaf de stoep bij. Klim dus nergens over het hek.
Parkeren aan de doorgaande weg is gevaarlijk en mag dus ook niet. Veilig parkeren kan in de straat in de wijk waar de school staat. Het is dan nog ongeveer 100 meter lopen naar het waypoint.

PAY ATTENTION!! The cache is located just on the official premises of the school, but outside the current fence. The cache is UNAVAILABLE from the schoolyard and the terrain within the fence. You can only access it from the sidewalk. Do not climb over the fence!!
Parking on the main road is dangerous and is therefore not allowed. Safe parking is possible in the street in the neighborhood where the school is located. It is then about a 100 meter walk to the waypoint.
