To retrieve it, you'll have to walk the thread you'll find at GZ. Sitting, crawling, standing, no matter- just get to the cache! My balance is pretty good- I just walk it. But be smart! You should be able to spot it. You're looking for a matchstick holder (of sorts) up high.
