Greetings me harty sea dogs! You have just sailed yer way into port for some of the most fantastical adventures in geocaching this side of....of well this side of town! Argggh!
After hosting this event in Neosho last year, we have listened to what previous attendees said and will be changing the event this year. Hopefully for the better of the event. We still plan on holding a few challenges for awards, while leaving time for people to cache around the area for the caches that have been appearing recently before the event.
This event will still be Air Conditioned at the same location. That's right no need to worry about the hot August sun beating down on you all day long. We have the building all day, so you can use it as a base of opperation, or find other cachers to team up with.
Next this event is a pot luck! Bring your best dishes and picnic fare to share in an old fashioned community pot luck (and if your not so good at cooking thats okay chips and drinks are needed too).
We also are in need of people to bring cups, flatware, napkins...that kind of stuff to help out with the event if anyone wants to volunteer to bring something please post it in the log. Please note in your will attend or msg the C.O what you would like to bring so we can plan accordingly.
We have tons of games for you to play including last years favorite Ammocan toss and Walk the plank. We will also have a Photo contests, Makers contests, and maybe something new that Evil Joe is working on. We will have a photo booth provided to get your pirate on so be sure to bring your pirate garb for the photos, you can change after photos if you like, it will be hot .
Nearby in the other city park there will be live music playing, food trucks (for those that don't like pot lucks) .

This Event is absolutely free to the public to attend, you do not need to bring a dish for potluck, but if you would like to bring something you are welcome to do so.
Also please post the number of people coming with you so we can have an accurate account in attendance.
