The Cheese Series has made a reappearance for SCAR XI with some well-known and some more obscure varieties. Next year we might have to match some good vino with all this yummy cheese.
Winnimere is a raw cow’s milk cheese that is soft-ripened, washed-rind and wrapped in spruce bark weighing 24 ounces per piece. Great with a smoky red wine or porter-style beer, Winnimere won the American Cheese Society’s Best in Show in 2013.
