Update on 4/10/2021:
The upper deck is still closed, so we’ve relocated this about 12 feet to the NE. I think the coords will still get you within 15 ft (according to my GPS). Hint updated too. Hopefully we can move this back someday soon.

There is an outdoors store that you might recognize close by the cache if you need any Geocaching stuff in the future. There is also seven floors of parking nearby, or you're in it. At times such as Christmas or Halloween when everybody will be here, you will need to be stealthy because even this area will be filled with cars. Most of the time, stealth will not be required and the parking deck will be almost deserted.
This cache should be meh in difficulty for more experienced Geocachers. It will likely be tricky for beginners. Either way, this should be fun. Good luck.
