A lovely walk through mainly deciduous forest, giving a much welcome break from the coniferous that smothers Wicklow! Walking through the first forest gate (note the sign that reminds you to close the gate behind you), you continue through a large open space. You can either go left down some steps (towards the geocache) to a stream, or continue on straight through another gate and deeper into the forest.
