This historic Dekalb County Forest Preserve is commonly overlooked because of it's close proximity to the State Park. The park is open from Sunrise to Sunset closed at other times. Winter caching here might be difficult to impossible after heavy snow. Hopefully no poison ivy around the caches, but mosquitos and ticks are always a danger in warmer weather.
