Annually, as part of the Crosswinds Canoe CITO event, we hold a contest and award a prize to the cacher(s) who find the most fishing bobbers while cleaning up the marsh. In addition to large amounts of trash, over the past two years, we have collected over 250 bobbers which otherwise would be floating around in the marsh and potentially harming wildlife. At a recent event, a cacher logged "Looking forward to coming back in June for the Great American Bobber Hunt." and the name just kind of stuck.
The Cache is a small sized lock & lock hidden along the Bald Eagle Trail. As always, please use stealth and return the cache to it's original location.

Dogs must be leashed
No alcohol or illegal substances
No camping
Fishing in designated areas only

Crosswinds Marsh is open from DAWN to DUSK. Admission is free.
