It looks like there use to be some sort of park here until I-84 was built and placed right through the middle of the pond. Now it's just a nice remote fishing pond with no houses around it. When you first start out on the lake you can't help but notice the highway traffic but you'll soon not even pay attention to it. Except for the highway it's a beautiful, quiet pond.
There use to be a nice multi cache on this pond but it has recently been archived. It's much too nice of a pond not to have caches on it so now there's nine new ones. The pond doesn't look like it gets much use so I didn't go out of my way to hide the caches too well, hoping that they don't get muggled. You're looking for bison tubes hanging from branches and are accessible from the boat. Have fun.
The best way to get to the boat launch is to drive to the entrance at N41° 58.221' W72° 11.660' and follow the dirt road to the end.
