You can drive right under it. Though in summer time this area is busy. A tool or someone not who does not mind hights and can move fast maybe handy. In the winter its a nice spot to hide from the rain. signal does bounce in and out a lot here also.

please note that it is tightly velcro down and may need extra tug to get it.
